Online Ebook available directly from the Internet

Online ebook is amazing stuff. I love only the internet that I can order any book that I want (if it is an e-book) and there are almost immediately.

As an Expat, it is important that sometimes post is dubious and unreliable (slow), bid costs make books insanely expensive to add large share of tax, some local lad likes the look of it, or thinks he can sell it, and it is stolen postal service workers the Customs on the way into the country can destroy it, only in case of offences against State security or it will be stopped by some fine civil servant who whacks it with hefty import tariffs since he needs some extra cash for long holidays.
Great advantage is, you can retrieve it on any obscure location wherever you are, and available 24/7.

It is also much more friendly to the Earth! You can choose to read it off the computer, or print it on your home, or copy shop printer, chuck it in a folder and you have a printed book. If we are printed, used it as much more of the Earth's resources.

The fact is that the books are often written in Asia. They may then be transported to a distribution center in one country (not near Asia). Then you order one, and then they ship it to you. It gives me a very strange feeling that i lived in Asia for almost 20 years and when I buy (print) books online, they are usually where I live, There is a huge waste of the shipment cost Asia-States (where books are stored)-then back to Asia.

I agree in a perfect world, it is true, but millions of books printed each year are sold never. Yes, faith or not, most of them turn into dead stock. They are worrying about losing business opportunity but do not know what is the appropriate amount of stocks that have (don't know if the book will be a best seller which lost symbol). So often the case, the ending with huge dead stock.

Unfortunately, these books are being destroyed, which is a terrible waste of our Earth's resources. Even if they are made to another book, there is still a lot of processing before the cycle begins again. And you know what, recycling paper takes much more energy to boil the paper uses the humangas quantity of coal. A paper mill recycling is just like 3-5 times larger than the baseball stadium. Of course the spreading quantity of CO2 humangas 24/7!! Who is the former paper reincarnates to another book.
So let us use online ebook and save the world!!
