Investing in youth is one of the most profitable companies. This is what the Cameroonian Government intends to do. The Government of Cameroon is preparing a plan to develop the new Cameroonian elite. Whereas young people should be more popular, the Government of Cameroon a eager to invest in young people, this is why they have already started this plan by strengthening the school map, struggling against repeat a grade, etc. Among the other measures that this strategy is based on, should be mentioned the rate of 100% access and completion of primary education and the girl-boy of 1: 1 ratio which the Government of Cameroon aims to be achieved.
